Future acquires fashion and lifestyle community SheerLuxe in £40m deal
Future has agreed the £40m acquisition of digital publisher SheerLuxe, which has created a large fashion and lifestyle community not reliant on Google for audience.
The specialist publisher and media platform could pay another £40m in earn-outs, dependent on the delivery of an "ambitious" business plan and continued double-digit EBITDA growth over the next three years and continued employment of SheerLuxe current management team.
