Self-storage firm to invest £0.5m in its site after finding plenty of room for expansion

A family-owned storage business is spending more than £500,000 to grow its Poole facility by a third as demand continues to spiral. Store & Secure, which opened in Hamworthy four years ago, is to add hundreds more units to meet a growing need for space from both domestic and business customers. The business is run by sisters Lucy and Sophie Maidman, who have named its Poole base Joyce House after their late mother.
