Cornwall marketing agency wins accolade

Peaky

A digital marketing agency has been named as one of the best places to work in Cornwall.

Falmouth-based agency Peak Digital has been awarded the accreditation by the best companies group, in partnership with Business Cornwall.

The best places to work awards programme was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in the county of Cornwall, and is made up of seven companies.

Businesses entered a two-part process that consisted of evaluating policies, practices and demographics before using a survey to measure employee experience.

Peaky Digital will be recognised and honoured in the May issue of Business Cornwall, published the first week of May.

Managing director Natalie Crouch said: “To be included in the first Best Places to Work Cornwall list is really exciting, and something we believe truly reflects all the work the team has put into building a strong culture at Peaky.

“I’m immensely proud of the team we’ve grown over the past five years, and can’t wait to see what’s next in store.”

Alongside perks like flexible and hybrid working, Peaky’s current work benefits include birthdays off and digital nomad schemes.

The team focus on maintaining a strong culture with regular socials, ‘coffee bingo’ and a focus on the progression of all team members.

Alongside on-the-job and regular development training Peaky team members enjoy opportunities including monthly lunch & learn presentations, podcast Friday, mentoring programmes with directors and more.

India Gumbley, strategic director, said: “We’ve been excited to share this news. A huge thanks to the team, who have been at the core of this great achievement. Every single one of them makes Peaky the place it is to work.

“We put a huge amount of focus on the development of our team, with tailored development plans and regular investment of resource into upskilling, and we believe that this is one of the things that has made the Peaky team stand out.”
