Vacant town centre supermarket to become padel courts ahead of site’s redevelopment
New padel courts are set to open in a former supermarket as part of a shopping centre's transformation.
The former Tesco store in Chippenham’s Emery Gate Shopping Centre closed in August 2024. From September onwards, what is the largest space in the centre will be operated by Padel Chippenham.
It will offer four indoor padel courts and a MultiBall interactive entertainment wall with more than 45 games.
