AI creating jobs at half of South West firms already using the technology
Almost half of South West businesses using AI say it has created jobs in their firm, according to research from Lloyds.
The Lloyds Business Barometer found 48% of firms in the region already using AI reported job creation, while 46% of all South West businesses plan to increase investment in AI to upskill their workforce in the coming year.
Of those increasing investment, 33% expect to spend between £25,000 and £100,000, while 26% expect to spend between £100,000 and £250,000.
