Auto testing firm AB Dynamics aiming to accelerate growth with $11m US acquisition
AB Dynamics, the South West-based specialist automotive equipment firm, today said it expects to “generate meaningful commercial synergies” from its $11m (£8.1m) acquisition of a US firm.
Michigan-based eMpulse Test Systems designs and supplies advanced servoelectric test systems to the global automotive industry, which AB Dynamics said would complement its own product portfolio and boost its established customer relationships and global sales infrastructure.
