300 staff brought together in marketing agency merger
Two marketing agencies are set to combine, bringing more than 300 staff together under the Bray Leino name as its parent group reshapes its agency operations.
Leicester-based krow Group and Devon headquartered Bray Leino, both owned by The MISSION Group, have merged.
The combined business will be led by Bray Leino CEO Kate Cox and will bring together capabilities spanning strategy, creative, customer experience, digital, media, social, CRM, data, activation and production.
The merger will consolidate the agencies’ existing teams and services into a single operation, with the businesses citing growing demand from clients for integrated support across multiple marketing disciplines.
The enlarged agency will also have a broader geographical reach and a larger pool of specialists available to work across client projects.
Kate Cox, CEO of Bray Leino, said: “It is a hugely exciting new chapter for Bray Leino. Both agencies have built strong reputations for effective work and long-standing client relationships. Bringing them together gives us a broader integrated offer with much more depth behind it, while creating a stronger platform for the next stage of growth.
“Our clients are facing increasingly complex challenges and are looking for partners who can connect thinking across the full marketing mix. Combining our teams gives them access to a larger pool of expertise and gives our people more opportunities to do ambitious work. I am incredibly excited about what we will build together.”
John Quarrey, currently CEO of krow Group, will continue working with key clients while moving into the newly created role of chief growth officer at The MISSION Group.
His new position will focus on supporting the wider group’s development as the agency businesses are brought together.
