Luxury yacht maker Sunseeker’s major distributors sail towards administration
Two major distributors of luxury British yacht maker Sunseeker are preparing to appoint administrators, TheBusinessDesk.com can exclusively reveal.
Sunseeker London and Sunseeker Poole are responsible for annual sales of £260m, although pre-tax profits in 2024 were below £1m.
The two businesses are under the common control of David Lewis and Christopher Head, and the two directors had both given personal guarantees to the group's bankers of more than £10m.
