Housebuilder exchanges contracts on £20m Trowbridge site
Allison Homes South West has exchanged contracts on a 20-acre greenfield site on the southern edge of Trowbridge with outline planning permission for 70 homes.
The site, located north of North Bradley and south of the A363, has an anticipated gross development value in excess of £20m, with completion of the purchase expected later this year.
