South West cybersecurity consultancy is snapped up by IBM in defence sector push
IBM UK has acquired Logiq Consulting, a Bristol-based cybersecurity consultancy specialising in the defence industry, critical national infrastructure and the public sector.
The deal extends IBM's cybersecurity transformation portfolio and adds capabilities to SiXworks, an IBM company focused on defence and public sector digital transformation.
Logiq Consulting brings expertise in cybersecurity assurance, secure-by-design principles, secure systems engineering, digital transformation and secure managed services.
