Law firm invests in national growth with new partner appointment

South West law firm Michelmores has appointed Noel Beale as a partner in its commercial team within the firm’s business group.

Beale offers expert advice to a wide variety of clients across competition and economic regulatory matters nationally and internationally.

This is founded on more than 25 years of experience advising on competition law and regulatory compliance and investigations, as well as merger control strategy and National Security & Investment Act clearances. He provides practical and constructive advice that assists businesses and others with negotiating the risks and complexities that can arise in these areas, enabling them to get on with achieving their goals.

Having trained at a large London law firm and previously worked in-house at Ofwat, Beale has hands on experience of both sides of competition and regulatory investigations and compliance matters including a range of advisory and contentious scenarios.
