Kitchenware firm opens new warehouse as it plans for more growth

Kitchenware firm Procook has opened a brand new distribution centre and head office in Gloucester.

The opening is a key part of the ambitious firms growth plans as it looks to build on its rapid growth.

The new HQ and warehouse is at St Modwen Business Park, close to Junction 12 of the M5.

The 167,000 sq ft building includes a photographic studio and a 3,100 sq ft showroom.

The move is designed to bring all of Procook’s stock under one roof and provide a range of facilities aimed at improving the conditions for employees.

Chief executive Daniel O’Neill said: “Having started ProCook as a family business from home over 25 years ago, I am really proud that we are at a stage where we have been able to create such a fantastic new home.

“This investment will support our continued growth and success by encouraging collaborative working among our colleagues, made easier by its extensive facilities.

“Being back under one roof will enhance the service and efficiency we pride ourselves in being able to offer our customers.”

Procook has 58 stores across the UK, 60 per cent of revenue is through its shops and the rest is online.
