Morgan Sindall appoints Phil Mayall to national role for regeneration division

Phil Mayall, current North West managing director at nationwide placemaker, Muse, is to become the firm’s new Managing Director.

Mayall, who joined Muse in 2006, has progressed through the business to become managing director for the North West in 2019. He was responsible for delivering major growth across the North West region, with a wide range of long-term, area-wide programmes of place-changing regeneration.  He is also a Director of The English Cities Fund, a national regeneration partnership between Muse, Homes England and Legal and General.

Muse have worked on a number of regeneration schemes across the South West.

Mayall, who spoke at TheBusinessDesk.com property lunch in July said: “I am incredibly privileged to work with a fantastic team and partners, and I am proud to be named Muse’s new Managing Director.
