Tickets selling fast for networking lunch in Bristol

An award-winning Bristol businesswoman will be the guest speaker at our at next networking lunch.

Margot Cooper is the founder of Bristol-based medical manufacturing company Limbs & Things.

Margot has won a host of awards and honours and is one of the most respected business leaders in the South West.

She set up her company Limbs and Things in 1990 with a vision that clinical education should be as realistic as possible.

The former medical illustrator invented anatomically accurate and cost-effective models and simulators to allow students – nurses, GPs, surgeons, radiologists and paramedics – to become more competent and confident professionals.

Limbs & Things’ products are now used worldwide to teach people to take blood, administer injections, deliver babies, learn about wound repair and carry out keyhole surgery.

Margot will be joined by Nick Hull who has taken over as managing director of Limbs and Things.

The lunch is taking place on Thursday, November 30th, at Lost and Found in Bristol.
