Property consultants secure last tenant for Bristol office development

Lambert Smith Hampton has secured a tenant for Showland Investments at Eastgate Office Centre.

The recently leased space is now under the occupancy of ALS Recruiting Ltd, a recruitment agency specialising in freights and logistics.

They have entered into a five-year lease for a 1,580 sq ft office suite on the second floor of 6&7, with a three-year break option and a rent escalation to £21.50 per sq ft.

Situated in a landscaped environment, Eastgate Office Centre is a purpose-built business park located in a well-established commercial area near Eastgate Retail Park.

It is conveniently positioned just half a mile from the M32 motorway and approximately 3 miles north of Bristol City Centre.

With this recent agreement, the estate has achieved full occupancy, boasting a diverse mix of tenants, including Sirona Health, Vehicle Certification Agency, and Quality & Compassionate Care Ltd.
