Bristol firm named one of the best to work for in UK
A Bristol law firm has been labelled one of the best to work for in the country,
Burges Salmon has been named the RollOnFriday ‘Best Law Firm to Work at 2023’ for the second year in a row.
With two thirds of the firm participating in this year’s survey, respondents had the opportunity to rate how satisfied they are with their career development, pay, management, work/life balance and their firm’s culture.
Burges Salmon has historically performed very well in the RollOnFriday survey and today’s winning result for the second year in a row emphasises the unique and positive culture at the firm.

Burges Salmon was named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for second year running, Highly Commended in the ‘Community Programme of the Year’ category, taking home a Gold Award at the UK Social Mobility Awards, ranked in top third of the Top 75 UK employers in the Social Mobility Foundation Index 2022 and also awarded Gold EcoVadis Medal for second year running.
