Law firm advises on sale of construction recruitment firm

The corporate team at Moore Barlow advised the shareholders of Future Build Recruitment Limited in selling a majority stake to Hercules Site Services PLC.

Hercules is an AIM-listed industry leader based in Gloucestershire supplying labour to the UK construction sector, while Future Build Recruitment Limited is a REC-accredited recruitment company serving the UK construction industry.

The founders of Future Build, Richard Smith and Simon Yates, will remain actively involved in the business.
