With over 40 years of experience in senior HR and director-level roles, North brings expertise in improving performance and well-being at work.

Dr Jeanette Cook joins as principal wellbeing strategic consultant, specialising in supporting organisations to provide effective health and wellbeing support for employees and measuring the impact of these interventions.

Leah Evans, returning to Aon after 19 years, takes on the role of partner in the retirement team, bringing experience gained at Mercer and EY, including serving as chair of the pensions board at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Rachael Mills joins as an associate partner and actuary, Luke Hammond as a senior investment consultant, and Israel Bujanda as an associate investment consultant.

Martin Parish, area director, of Aon Bristol said: “At Aon, we’re committed to providing our clients with a wide range of support and innovative solutions that push boundaries and challenge the norm.  To achieve this, we need to continually invest in the best talent to bolster the combined strength of our team here.

“In Simon, Jeanette, Leah, Rachael, Luke and Israel we’ve certainly hit the jackpot when it comes to industry expertise.  Simon’s depth of HR experience and Jeanette’s background in the medical/pharmaceutical sector have already proved a massive bonus to our ever-growing health and wellbeing offer, while Leah’s depth of experience in pensions will undoubtedly prove invaluable to our clients looking to manage the risk in DB schemes.

“Rachael, Luke and Israel have also made a significant impact on Aon here in Bristol and I’m delighted to welcome them all to the team.”
