Sean Watts
Sean is a corporate tax adviser with over 20 years’ experience of advising businesses and their owners on their tax affairs. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser and works out of Saffery Champness’ Bristol office.
Sean’s approach is solution focussed and his key experience includes advising on the following:
- Tax issues associated with acquisitions, disposals and restructuring of companies.
- Employee incentive structures.
- Tax aspects of debt and equity fundraising, including advising companies and their investors on eligibility under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
- Availability of capital allowances.
Sean advises growing, entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of industry sectors, including property, sports & entertainment, recruitment, financial services, hospitality, automotive and manufacturing.
Sean is married with two children and a dog, and lives in South Gloucestershire. He has strong allegiances to sport in the South West. To keep active, he runs and walks the dog.
