It took over Greiner\u2019s former premises after it had developed a purpose-built 53,500 sq ft facility nearby for the pharmaceutical company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis has been a real success story for us and a great boost for the local economy at Stonehouse,\u201d said RHL\u2019s Senior Development Manger Michael Plimmer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been able to partner with Greiner Bio-One using our property expertise to deliver a brilliant, fit-for-purpose, new building, enabling them to grow on land we own, whilst acquiring their existing facility, refurbishing it to bring it up to modern standards and selling it to another owner occupier who is also keen to grow its business in the local area, all within 10 months.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deal follows relocation of pharmaceutical company<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":18,"featured_media":18520,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"coauthors":[81],"class_list":["post-18519","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-property"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
