The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has maintained momentum throughout a “transformational year” for the business as it “looks to its next phase of growth”.<\/p>\n

The Bournemouth-headquartered group is the UK\u2019s largest multi-brand property franchisor, with nearly 2,000 branches operating under 18 brands including Belvoir, Fine & Country, Hunters, and Mr and Mrs Clarke. It now manages more than 150,000 rental properties.<\/p>\n

Revenues increased 146% to \u00a367.2m in 2024 on the back of its transformational merger with Belvoir in March, and acquisition of GPEA in May, which owned The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country.<\/p>\n

TPFG’s chief executive Gareth Samples said: “Our success has culminated in yet another record-breaking financial performance which has redefined the scale of our business and set us up for ongoing success.<\/p>\n

“FY25 has started with strong momentum and we look forward to the continued synergies from the two transformative deals, with Belvoir and GPEA, and other strategic projects initiated in the year coming to fruition in 2025, unlocking the full potential of the combined Group as it looks to its next phase of growth.”<\/p>\n

The group is now split into three business divisions of franchising, financial services and licensing.<\/p>\n

TPFG is now focused on maximising the benefits from its two major acquisitions, “delivering the projected cost synergies and unlocking the additional income opportunities resulting from the scale of the combined group”.<\/p>\n

It sees the potential to benefit from the upcoming Renters Reform Bill, and expects to convert more landlords to the managed property model because of the bill’s stricter compliance requirements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
