The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has acquired financial services business Smart Advice Financial Solutions (SAFS) as part of its ambitions to expand its client base.<\/p>\n
SAFs, which is based in South Gloucestershire and Bath, provides mortgage and related financial services to clients and is an appointed representative firm of Mortgage Advice Bureau. It was set up in 2011 by Robert Loaring and Marc Mylum.<\/p>\n
TPFG is the UK’s largest multi-brand property franchisor, operating brands including Belvoir, Hunters, Martin & Co, and EweMove. It has taken an 85% stake in SAFS.<\/p>\n
TPFG’s financial service director Michelle Brook said: “We see significant opportunity to scale the division across a broader footprint, and we remain focused on increasing advisor productivity alongside recruitment to support our ambitions.”<\/p>\n
SAFS has 34 advisers, increasing TPFG’s financial services network to 315 advisers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
