Law firm Michelmores will relocate its Cheltenham office to The Quadrangle at Imperial Square in January 2027 following rapid expansion since opening in the town.

The firm said the Cheltenham team has grown eightfold since the office opened at the end of 2021, prompting the move from Eagle Tower to accommodate further growth.

The Quadrangle is located in the heart of Cheltenham and will undergo refurbishment in November and December ahead of the office opening.

Christian Massey, partner and head of Michelmores’ Cheltenham office, said: “Since opening in Cheltenham at the end of 2021, we have grown at pace and continued to invest in our people and our presence in Cheltenham and beyond.

“The move to The Quadrangle is an exciting next step. It will give our growing team a first-class place to work and collaborate, and a fantastic space in which to welcome clients.”

The Cheltenham team covers private wealth, corporate and fast growth, and built environment work.

The office also runs MAINstream Cheltenham, an angel investor network connecting high-growth businesses with potential investors.

Tim Richards, managing partner at Michelmores, added: “Our Cheltenham team has far exceeded our growth projections, reflecting the exceptional lawyers we have attracted to the firm in recent years and the high-quality work they deliver for our clients.

“We see significant opportunities ahead in Cheltenham and across the region and The Quadrangle gives us the right platform for the next stage of our growth.”

Michelmores operates across five offices in Cheltenham, Bristol, London, Cambridge, and Exeter.
