A Bristol recruitment consultant is the latest South West business to gain B Corp certification.<\/p>\n
Henry Nicholas is a sustainable business with a focus on creating a positive impact on the environment and within local communities.<\/p>\n
The specialist recruitment company has been awarded its certification by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, having met all the social and environmental standards.<\/p>\n
The B Corp certification is an internationally recognised measure with a rigorous certification process.<\/p>\n
Applicants are required to reach a benchmark score of over 80 while providing evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices relating to energy supplies, waste and water use, worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency.<\/p>\n
