Clare Regan

Clare joined mfg Solicitors LLP in 2019 and heads up the Commercial Property team.  She brings transactional commercial property experience from over 10 years at national firms in London and Birmingham and a further 10 years in regional practices.

She has regularly acted on sales and acquisitions, major lettings and commercial and residential property development.

Clare’s clients have included pension funds, property plcs and financial institutions as well as office, retail and leisure operators.

The commercial property team have remained as busy as ever during the last year with clients increasingly diversifying their property holdings.

The real estate sector can be a dynamic sector, responding to changes and challenges within the economy as a whole.

Clare and her team are increasingly seeing clients investing in the flexible office space, renewable energy sector, and introducing electricity charging points as an additional revenue stream for her retail and leisure, and investor clients.

Tech and Bio-tech clients are looking to the future and investing in additional office and warehouse space.

Other occupiers are taking advantage of the firm’s restructuring expertise and looking critically at their current requirements and making positive changes.

Like her clients, Clare believes that those who can innovate and adapt will have plenty to be positive about in the real estate sector going forward.
