Brindleyplace Film Festival begins with successful first night

The Brindleyplace Film Festival began last night with a full house.
More than 100 people enjoyed Marvel’s The Avengers on the huge outdoor screen in the heart of Brindleyplace.
This year’s film festival, which is taking place until Sunday July 23, will also see popular films Lion King, Cool Runnings, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Casino Royale shown on the screen.
Restaurants from across the area, including Wagamama, Zizzi and The Smoke Haus will be providing a take away menu throughout the week for those wanting to enjoy dinner whilst watching a film.
