IT consultancy to create 100 jobs

Henley-in-Arden retail IT consultancy and technology firm, REPL Group, has reported a 30% increase in revenue and 55% growth in pre-tax profit for the financial year 2019/20.

The company has also announced plans to hire 100 new full-time employees before the end of the financial year.

The firm says it has added 43 new customers in the last 12 months alone, making it the 13th consecutive year of increasing its customer base.

Mike Callender, executive chairman, REPL Group, said: “Despite the tough circumstances, this year’s performance has been our best ever. By keeping our focus, we had our three best months during the pandemic and have been able to not only maintain job security for all our employees, but also to continue our recruitment drive and create new job opportunities as we further expand our team.
