38 jobs saved as automotive firm sold in pre-pack deal

CK Quality, a quality and operational support provider within the automotive and non-automotive industries, has been acquired by its directors.

Advisory firm FRP has been working with the Coventry-based business to explore its funding options and has successfully completed a pre-pack deal.

The deal, which retains all 38 staff, provides continuity of service to customers and a smooth transition to a new ownership structure.
