Rapid growth prompts relocation for electronics consultancy

An electronics consultancy is adding to its team and relocating to new premises at Park Point Longbridge on the back of rapid growth.

ByteSnap Design has grown its hardware, software and electric vehicle divisions, prompting a move to new 6,000 sq ft offices, doubling the footprint of the company’s previous space.

Plans are also underway for the consultancy to create additional skilled jobs as well as graduate roles to bring the number of its employees from 38 to 50 by the end of 2024.

Dunstan Power, director, ByteSnap Design, said: “Our recent company growth can largely be attributed to the increased electric vehicle and Linux-based projects, coupled with strong growth over the past 18 months.

“The move to larger premises will allow us to further expand on our growth strategy while taking on projects of a larger scale. We attract a highly skilled team and we’re committed to furthering their professional development with increased learning opportunities and responsibility. The high calibre of their work means that businesses see us as reliable partners with over 80% of our projects coming from repeat business or client referral.”
