Two city-centre Bloc Hotel sites brought to market
Arora Group has put two city centre hotels in Birmingham and Glasgow respectively on the market via Enterprise Hotels & Hospitality.
The group, which acquired Bloc Hotels in July 2025, has identified both assets as non-core to its long-term strategy and is seeking to recycle capital through disposal.
In Birmingham, the freehold site carries planning consent for a 227-bedroom hotel and is being offered at £2m.
