Combat Heating Solutions expands footprint at trading estate
Goold Estates has completed a lease renewal and expansion agreement with Combat Heating Solutions at Red Mill Trading Estate in Wednesbury, extending the occupier’s long-term presence on the site.
The deal includes a 10-year lease extension on Units 17 and 20, alongside the letting of two additional units, taking Combat’s total footprint at the estate to more than 42,000 sq ft.
