Caldwell Construction puts key sites up for sale following administration
Caldwell Construction is selling its property assets following the company’s entry into administration.
Joint administrators Oliver Collinge and James Sleight of PKF Littlejohn Advisory were appointed on 15 January 2026.
Watling Real Estate has been appointed to handle the sale, which includes the firm’s former headquarters at Centre Park in Warrington and its larger operational base at Brick Kiln Lane in Stoke-on-Trent.
