Former car park set to be transformed into 111-apartment scheme
Capital&Centric has begun transforming a former car park in Newcastle-under-Lyme into a new neighbourhood.
The 111-apartment development, named Karparc, will feature triple-height atriums, cascading gardens, and light-filled social spaces.
Residents will enjoy amenities including a gym, mini-cinema, lounge, and generous outdoor areas with balconies and roof terraces, blending green spaces with the town centre. By repurposing the building, the project also saves significant embodied carbon.
