Serviced apartment firm takes Jewellery Quarter office space
A serviced apartment business has taken office premises in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter after agreeing a new lease for space at 33 Powell Street.
Commercial property agents Bond Wolfe completed the letting to Nuvo Hotel Group on behalf of construction consultancy and contractor Del Bosque Group.
The refurbished office building, located in the Jewellery Quarter district of Birmingham, extends to 4,534 sq ft across two floors and has been secured on a five-year lease at a quoting rent of £75,000 per annum.
