Consultation launched on first phase of Spode Works regeneration
Plans for the redevelopment of the historic Spode Works site in Stoke-on-Trent have reached the consultation stage, with local stakeholders invited to provide feedback ahead of a planning submission.
Social impact developer Capital&Centric, working in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, is progressing proposals to transform the former pottery factory into a mixed-use destination.
