Telford launches youth hub to boost skills and jobs
A new Government-backed investment is set to boost youth employment and skills development in Telford and Wrekin.
The local authority has secured funding to establish a dedicated youth hub for young people aged 16 to 24, which will bring together public services, employers, training providers and Jobcentre Plus to deliver coordinated support.
The initiative forms part of a wider national programme supporting 80 councils to enhance pathways into employment.
