Birmingham industrial unit sold in £10m deal
A manufacturing facility in Birmingham occupied by automotive components supplier Sertec Group has been sold in a £10.4m transaction.
The 111,727 sq ft unit, located on Redfern Park Way in Tyseley, was disposed of by MK2 Real Estate on behalf of the Canal & River Trust.
The asset has been acquired by Canmoor, a developer and asset manager focused on warehouse and business space, and sits on a 5.19-acre site.
