An outline planning application has been submitted for a new residential neighbourhood in Knowle, Solihull.
Brought forward by Richborough in partnership with the landowner, the scheme proposes up to 300 homes.
Plans also include public open space provision, featuring a community park with potential for a sports pitch, play areas, informal recreational routes, a community orchard and biodiversity-led green space.
