Housebuilder completes largest land acquisition to date

The Owl Group has acquired a 20.5-acre site in Madeley, Staffordshire, marking the largest land purchase in its 10-year history.

The Tamworth-based housebuilder will deliver 188 homes on land off Bar Hill under the new Madeley Grange scheme.
