Property group secures £18.6m affordable housing contract
WB Property Group has been appointed to deliver a £18.6m affordable housing scheme in Rubery, marking the largest contract in the company’s history.
The project, being delivered in partnership with Midland Heart, will see 70 homes built on a 5.6-acre site off Boleyn Road, including 58 houses and 12 apartments.
It will also incorporate public open space, a children’s play area, landscaping and supporting infrastructure.
