International logistics firm signs lease at £20m development
Commercial developer and investor Barberry Industrial has secured international occupier Widem Logistics on a 15-year lease at its newly completed £20m logistics development in Warwick.
The logistics operator has agreed a 15-year commitment on the newly completed 92,246 sq ft Grade A facility, known as Barberry Midbox 92.
Situated at Junction 15 of the M40 motorway, the £20m development has been designed to deliver strong environmental performance, targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding accreditation.
