Savills appointed to support Evesham Riverside regeneration plans
Wychavon Council has appointed real estate advisor Savills to support the redevelopment of the Riverside Shopping Centre site in Evesham, as plans for the town centre regeneration move forward.
Announced at this week’s UKREiiF, the appointment follows a competitive process and will see Savills help bring the mixed-use scheme to market and identify a developer or delivery partner for the site.
