A major logistics facility in Rugby has been fully let following a refurbishment programme.
ID Logistics UK has taken on the 673,000 sq ft facility from logistics investor and developer Sunrise Real Estate, with the building set to operate as an e-commerce fulfilment centre supporting a major global online retail customer.
