Warwick Acoustics secures £7.5m boost backed by Mercia
Mercia Asset Management has led a new investment round into its portfolio company Warwick Acoustics, with total funding of up to £7.5m set to support the firm’s next stage of commercial growth.
The Coventry-based audio technology business has raised £6.4m, with a further £1.1m expected, to scale production and accelerate its partnership with Jaguar Land Rover.
Mercia invested £0.7m from its own balance sheet, with the remainder coming from its managed funds, including the Northern VCTs and other co-investors.
