Blusource merger strengthens accountancy operation

RECRUITMENT firm Blusource has merged with rival outfit Raynorwest to form a new company ‘Blusource Accountancy’.
This new division will cover all levels and disciplines in professional practice firms and in house tax recruitment.
Blusource, which has offices in Birmingham and Nottingham, recruits across a number of sectors throughout the Midlands including legal, finance and banking.
Raynorwest is headquartered in Nottingham and also has a Birmingham office alongside operations in Leicester, Derby and Northampton.
Marie Weston joins as managing partner of the new business and will spearhead the growth of the practice in the West Midlands, including two new sub-divisions – Blusource Tax and Blusource CF which will recruit for the corporate finance world.
Chief executive Andrew Springhall said: “The scale of Blusource’s operation gives the newly formed company the opportunity to further improve the relationships and services offered to firms across the region, whilst maintaining the independence and flexibility that our clients both value.”
