Administrators appointed to Shropshire printing firm

INSOLVENCY firm The P&A Partnership has been appointed administrator to Livesey, a print and marketing collateral company based in Shropshire.

Partners at the practice are ensuring that the Shrewsbury firm continues to trade until a buyer can be found.
 
Jeremy Priestley, P&A managing partner said:  “This is a business [Livesey] with a strong range of services, which are still in demand.  

“It was hit by cashflow problems but its reputation, customer base and breadth of services mean that it is still an attractive business.”

He said a number of options were being examined to ensure the long term survival of the core business.
 
Livesey prints stationery to high-end full colour brochures, as well as offering a direct mail service which includes data supply and cleansing along with mailing fulfilment support.
