Manganese Bronze announces board changes

BLACK cab manufacturer Manganese Bronze Holdings has announced changes to its board following the resignation of one of its Chinese joint venture directors.
Non-executive director Frank Cao has resigned with immediate effect due to other work
commitments.
Mr Cao, aged 38, joined the board last year and is the Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai LTI, the joint venture project established to manufacture the black cabs for the Asian markets.
His replacement is Daniel Li, who has been appointed as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Li has been an executive director of Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd since May 2011 following his appointment as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Company Ltd, the controlling shareholder of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, in April this year.
John Russell, chief executive of MBH, said: “Mr Li’s background and experience will be a real asset to the company. The board also expresses its gratitude to Mr Cao for his contribution to its leadership.”
Mr Li Dong Hui, aged 41, is responsible for the overall strategic planning of Geely’s finances and investment activities. He has extensive experience at a senior level within both China and with sino-foreign organisations, particularly in relation to management accounting, financing, strategic planning and business development.
Mr Li graduated from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University in the United States with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2010 and graduated from the Beijing Institute of Machinery with a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering with a major in Financial Management in 1997. Mr Li is also a graduate of the Renmin University of China with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.
