HOME automation systems specialist JSJS Designs has secured a distribution contract with one of Thailand’s biggest property developers.
The company, which is based at Birmingham Science Park Aston, said Energy Innovation Co., its exclusive distributor for Thailand, would supply Pruksa with its Lightwave RF products into a range of high-rise condominiums comprising 298 apartments.
It said there was a prospect more would be coming on-stream in the near future.
A statement added that the firm expected to supply product to meet the initial demand which would have a value of approximately £150,000 in the first half of 2012.
The company has also recently signed terms and conditions with UK high street electronics retailer Maplin which JSJS says has expressed interest in retailing their products.
Chief executive John Shermer said: “We are delighted that following the recent contract with Siemens, we are seeing an increased interest in our range of products both in the UK and overseas. We expect to be announcing further contracts in due course.”
