Burton-based Russell Roof Tiles has secured a contract to provide roofing solutions with Center Parcs, as part of a £20m investment programme.

Some 10,000 of Russells’ Grampian tiles will feature on nine new three-bedroom Executive Lodges at the 400-acre Elveden Forest site on the Suffolk and Norfolk border.

The partnership follows on from Russell Roof Tiles’ success at Center Parcs Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire where the firm secured a £750,000 contract two years ago.

Andrew Hayward, managing director at Russell Roof Tiles said: “Having built a fantastic relationship with Center Parcs, it is great to see Russell Roof Tiles chosen once again supply tiles for such a large and significant project and it is a prime example of our continued success across the UK.

“Our tiles are continuing to prove popular as contractors and developers realise the benefits of durability and greater strength. Our concrete tiles help to achieve this, providing a technically consistent, enduring product.”

Construction is expected to be completed in March 2018 with the lodges opening to customers in April and will bring the total number of accommodation units at Elveden Forest to 900.
