5 things to do in the West Midlands this weekend

Digbeth Dining Club in Longbridge
Digbeth Dining Club are heading to Longbridge this weekend. After their first event in the town a few weeks ago, they are set to return for one last event before the Summer ends. As well as eight traders, including Street Kitchen Brothers and Flying Cows, there will also be resident DJ’s and a prosecco bar. Find out more here.

Firework Championships
Head along to Eastnor Castle in Ledbury this weekend for the Firework Championships. The family event will see four of the biggest UK firework companies go head to head with displays of stunning fireworks to music. Moseley Folk Festival
Moseley Folk Festival returns to Moseley Park this weekend. This year’s line-up includes Laura Marling, Amy Macdonald, Jose Gonzalez and many more, as well as a whole host of other live entertainment. Alice Through The Looking Glass
Quantum Theatre is bringing its comedy and music to a Lewis Carroll classic this weekend at Forge Mill Needle Museum in Redditch. Alice Through The Looking Glass is set to come to life in a fun new adaptation for the whole family to enjoy. Visitors are also encouraged to take along their own chairs and blankets for the show. Gin Festival
Gin lovers are in for a treat this weekend. The Custard Factory in Digbeth is hosting a Gin Festival over the next few days for its fourth year. There will be over 100 different gins to try, as well as a whole host of exclusive gins. There will also be gin masterclasses to get involved in, a cocktail bar, live music and food to enjoy.
